1- GENERAL INFORMATION
Gift vouchers are numbered and must be validated through our website by making a reservation.
The price per night is €195 (VAT included). The vouchers can only be used in low season. If used in high season, the difference must be paid.
The voucher is subject to the availability of our cabins and does not expire.
Cannot be combined with other current promotions and offers.
EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL is not responsible for stolen or lost vouchers, nor will they be exchangeable or refundable.

2- PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCESS
2.1- Product selection
This Website makes available to the consumer all the products that can be purchased by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” option.
2.2- Formalization of the purchase
Once the selection is complete and using the “BUY” option, you will have access to the summary of your purchase, which you can complete by clicking on the “FINISH PURCHASE” section.
If you already have an account, you must log in to use it. If you are not a customer, you must fill out the form provided to the USER with the required billing and shipping information in order to make future purchases, if you wish.
2.2.a) – On the creation of a USER account
The creation of an account enables the USER to, among others:
Track purchases, check the history of orders placed, modify entered data, both personal data and payment methods or delivery addresses, among others.
It will be the SOLE and EXCLUSIVE responsibility of the user to maintain and keep the identification data confidential, as well as to undertake not to communicate them to third parties under any circumstances. EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for any possible loss, theft, identity theft or any type of fraudulent use that may be made of the aforementioned data by third parties.
If you become aware that any of these or similar circumstances have taken place, you must IMMEDIATELY notify the Website through the channel enabled for this purpose.
2.2.b) – Identification data
The data entered by the user on the Website constitute sufficient proof of the purchase transactions and/or, where applicable, returns and/or modifications to orders that may exist between EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL and the REGISTERED USER.
In the event of a divergence between the USER and EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL in relation to any act carried out, whether purchase, modification, cancellation, whatever it may be, the data recorded by EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL and entered by the USER will be considered as irrefutable proof for all purposes.
2.2.c) – Account cancellation
The USER will be entitled at any time to request cancellation of the account by sending an email to the address info@cabanasdexaras.com.
2.3 – Confirmation of purchase
Once the described process has been completed and after accepting these terms and conditions of sale, as well as the confidentiality policy of the Website, you will have to confirm the option “Place the order”, at which time the sale will have been reflected, although, prior to final verification, the USER must check the selection of products.
The WEBSITE strives to ensure the exactness of the content displayed through it on computer equipment or mobile devices, although it is not responsible for any technical limitations that may exist for color reproduction on electronic devices of any USER. Therefore, and in the event of any doubt that the graphic representation may raise in relation to reality, contact the Customer Service department.
EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL reserves the right to NOT accept an order if it reasonably believes that the USER has infringed or may have infringed these Terms and Conditions, if there are indications of an illegal action by the USER or for any other legitimate reason.
2.3.a) Purchase identification
Once the purchase has been confirmed, you will receive a receipt for your purchase in the email provided to EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL detailing the transaction.
2.4 – Prices and accepted payment methods
2.4.a) Price of products
Prices are expressed in Euros. Purchases will be subject to the corresponding taxes and duties in each state, and the aforementioned amounts will not be refunded for tax purposes under any circumstances, except:
I- In the event of cancellation of an order due to the exercise of the right to withdrawal, the consumer or user must be informed in the situation immediately prior to making the purchase.
EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered at any time and without prior notice. Payment will be made immediately upon placing your order.
2.4.b) – Accepted payment methods
Payment by credit card or bank card and Bizum.
Accepted credit cards and bank cards are: Visa® and Mastercard®.
2.5 – Ownership of goods and retention until full payment
The purchased products will remain the property of EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL until the price and cost of the same are fully satisfied.
Once the order receipt has been sent by email, the USER will assume all risks arising from it.
3- WITHDRAWAL
The USER has the right to withdraw within 15 days of purchase. The USER will be reimbursed for all amounts, through the same means by which they were paid.
4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law, although these conditions do not prevent the application, if any, and in accordance with EC Regulation 593/2008 of provisions more favourable to the consumer, provided that these provisions are in full force in the legal system of the country of the consumer’s domicile.
In the event of any discrepancy with these terms and/or the marketing process or products received, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Likewise, you have at your disposal the different Consumer Offices and Institutions at a national level (SPAIN).
The original language of these terms is Spanish, and a translation is available. However, in the event of a dispute, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of 22 December 2000:
The USER may resort to the courts and/or tribunals of his/her domicile or, where appropriate, to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
EL ENCANTO DE XARAS, SL may resort to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
